Is there a complete edition on Steam that will allow access to the dlc’s? I could get this from Amazon but I have read reviews that codes didn’t work so I’d rather avoid the hassle of trying to get a refund for a dirt 3 dlc monte carlo pc download key.

Quite the shame International EDIT: I am fairly convinced that even if one were to buy the Complete Edition physically and have valid codes for those 2 DLCs in hand, one could not redeem them on the Marketplace, because it is currently completely broken.

Those DLC achievements are actually still possible under some very specific conditions which pretty much nobody would find themselves in.
