I’ve check both links you posted here and both worked just fine for me. I also installed the trial directly from the trial page and didn’t have any problems with the download or installation. You mentioned a Network Failure error message; this normally happens on the user’s side due to an anti-virus or firewall program blocking the download. I’d recommend fully disabling your anti-virus and firewall before starting the download feel free to re-enable them after the installation has completed and downloading from our Virtual Agent linked here click on Download Links, choose product and version.
