The unknown woman introduces herself as Riley Hicks and states that she needs to meet agent Luke Hobbs in a few hours. Riley mentions that she requires to know everything about what Hobb is up to. Through this storytelling, many events from the movies like the hijacking scene from Fast and Furious and the safe dragging scene from Fast Five are presented in the game.

Players can switch their roles with their partners or team up with their friends for playing the cooperative model.

The main focus of the gameplay is on car combat and cooperative driving. There are various missions in the game and they are centered around driving and semi-destructible loops.
