Ask a new question. I am currently taking a class in Mandarin Chinese and would love to be able to start typing in Chinese on my desktop. The one problem? I don’t have an XP disk. I’ve tried looking everywhere for downloads for the East Asian language pack, but nothing I try seems to work. Everything is currently updated.

I do have a legal copy of XP, but I’ve had this computer for four years and have managed to lose the disk through a number of moves. Is there any way to get the language packs without it?
