This has cost me well over a thousand dollars in down time, accounting fees, and independent tech support fees. QB now has my company file and access password at it’s data center to find the corruption in the code. Saying that anything I enter in QB during this time will need to be redone in a week if they succeed infixing the issue. QB is essentially hamstringing my companies ability to produce and conduct business, offering no compensation for the disruption ongoing since March when I was upgraded due to discontinued service of with only an apology for the inconvenience.
