Zebra2 and the free Zebralette are simply the best you can get and there are many presets out there you can find for those and TyrellN6 that will give you a starting point for anything creative you can imagine.

Basically you drop it into Reaper or your preferred host, plug something into it and wake up 6 hours later wondering wtf just happened. Highly Recommended.
