I have tried multiple times to try and activate windows, but every time I try it appears with the message “Try activating Windows again or contact Microsoft support and reference the error code.

You can go to Settings for more information. I have tried the troubleshooter but it said I don’t have an internet connection and to try again when I do have one. The same thing happens when I try to check for updates.
