DaveM Independent Advisor. Hi Ken Yes, you can use an OEM licence to correctly activate Windows 10, however, the licence agreement on an OEM licence indicates you can install that licence, but you must then sell that PC on a System Builder , that is the official rules.

You mention a C Drive and a D Drive, please explain that further, was Windows 10 previously installed on that PC or was that an earlier version of Windows?
